1. Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are a Consumer, you may return unused stock items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.

2. Condition of Goods

Items must be returned in the following state:

• Unused and un-welded.
• In original packaging with all labels intact.
• Clean and free from contamination (oil, grease, or workshop debris).

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are returned in an unsaleable condition.

3. Trade Returns & Restocking Fees

For Trade Account holders, returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Triple A Welds. Non-defective returns from trade customers may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling and administration costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are excluded from our standard returns policy:

• Cut-to-Length Material: Tube, box section, or bar cut to your specific requirements.
• Custom Fabrication: Mandrel bends or parts manufactured to custom angles/specs.
• Gas Consumables: Opened packs of TIG rods or welding wire (due to moisture contamination risks).

5. Damaged or Defective Goods

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email photos of the damage to (Email Address Here). We will arrange for a replacement or refund immediately, including return shipping costs.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not return items without contacting us first.

1. Email us at (Email Address here) with your Order Number.
2. We will issue a Returns Authorization number.
3. Ship the item back to our workshop address (listed on the Contact page).

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
